Selection procedure
Once you have applied, we’ll start our
selection process. This involves the following stages:
- CV selection and shortlisting
- Online assessment (abstract reasoning,
numerical insight test, personality questionnaire)
- Competency-based (telephone)
interview
- Assessment centre (half day)
- Panel interview in Amsterdam HQ
